Shu Uemura 3day makeup course "Ayano"

Ohmeegosh...I'm so happy =) 

last week I went to the Shu Uemura 3 day makeup course that 

I purchased on dealgrocer.com.

I was originally booked at their shop at Alabang town center but the location

is too far from my grandma's place so I tried calling Shu

to request a change of booking.

I emailed them and called their hotline but got no answer up to the day

of the workshop.

I tried texting the no. that I got on one of their ads on facebook

luckily she replied to me and helped me with my dilemma =)

She told me that the only available location is the one from rockwell, powerplant. 

Even though it is still far from where I'm staying 

there is nothing I can do since were in manila already.

On the 1st day of class I was super excited, we are 6 in the class.

Our make-up artist from Shu uemura is John Pagaduan. 

The day was covered with laughter because of john. hahaha

COURSE OUTLINE

Here's whats on my makeup station on the 1st day =)

On the 1st day we tried Shu Uemura skin care line. Love it! the only down side is

that it is super expensive.. I think if you are going to buy their whole skin care system it'll cost 10,000 more or less. bummer!

But John said that it is worth every penny because it'll last for 2years.

still, I don't have that kind of money for skin care system..haha oh well!

I didn't got the chance to take a lot of photo's since we are so busy putting 

on makeup and trying all their products.

What I like about this workshop is that you can try all their products, they have a tester

for all their cosmetics and skin care =) you'll just go to the tester counter and pick 

whatever you like.

I super love their brow pencil in hard8!!!

 Overall the experience was fantastic. Learned a few tricks and techniques from John =)
Got my certificate of completion woot woot! and they gave us the black lifetime membership card and some testers...

* what I don't like is that I had a lot of breakouts since everyday we were using different kind of skin care + manila's polluted air...huhuhu =( bad!!!

REVIEW : Lime Crime Fantasy Palette - Chinadoll palette

Lime Crime Chinadoll Palette

price: 1,550 php

 Ok, now let's go on to the review...

PRO's

• Packaging is superb...i love it =) the palette is  beautifully presented in a gold envelope style box. The palette itself is a purple tin can  that has an embossed fish scale design.

• Love how they name each shade – Fly Dragon Fly, Parasol, Goldfish, Jade-o-Lade and Lotus Noir. (The Lime Crime Chinadoll Palette is the first eyeshadow palette by Lime Crime and features five pressed eyeshadow.)

•  The shades are gorgeous, they are very pigmented!         

 CON's

• They are a little chalky.
• The black plastic that's holding the shadows looks cheap. (but if you're going to depot the shadows it'll be much easier since the one holding the shadow is plastic.)

On this photo I use the parasol and Lotus Noir.

I was surprise on the pigmentation of the black eyeshadow.

I didn't use any eye primer and look at the color pay off.

I love my Lime Crime Palette, will definitely get the pastel palette soon..

Foundation Routine using 4U2 DreamGirl Forever Liquid Foundation and BB Powder

Foundation Routine using 4U2 DreamGirl Forever Liquid Foundation and BB Powder

Products used :

4U2 Dream Girl Forever Liquid Foundation (Watson's) - 194.00 php

4U2 Dream Girl BB Powder (Watson's)- 194.00 php

Nymph Aura Stippling Brush ( Etude House ) - not sure of the price but it's around 800 php

Marionnaud kabuki powder brush (SM Dept. store)  - 499.00 php

Pink Cloud Velcro (Royal Duty Free)- .35 cents/pair

 STEP 1 : With a clean face, apply your daily moisturizer.

 

STEP 2 : Put a small amount of foundation at the back of your hand.

As you can see the consistency of 4U2 forever liquid foundation is not too liquidy.

It has a consistency that blends on the skin perfectly.

STEP 3: Use the Duo Fiber Stippling brush to apply foundation.

STEP 4 : Apply the foundation with a quick up and down stroke 

"NOT SWIRLING " , then blend by lightly patting the brush in 

circular motions around a specific area.

With just a layer of 4U2 forever liquid foundation it almost covered 

all my dark spots and blemishes. =) 

STEP 5 : To set the foundation, I'm going to use the 4U2 Dream Girl BB Powder and 

Marionnaud Kabuki brush.

STEP 6 :  Swirl the kabuki brush into the BB powder, and apply it lightly all over the face.
Just to set the foundation if you want it to last longer.

And this is how it looks =)

Forever Liquid Foundation and BB powder are perfect together.

The BB powder has a very smooth finish it is does not make my foundation looks cakey at all.

I must admit, for everyday foundation routine I super love this combination.

Seriously, I can't use my 4U2 Dream Girl Forever Liquid Foundation without my BB powder.

I hope that this step by step routine helps.

TOP 3 FAV'S for the month of JULY!!!

Hey ladies, I just thought I share with you 

my monthly favorites, starting from the month of July!

So here's my top 3 fav's =)

TOP 1 : 4U2 DreamGirl Lovelight BB powder SPF 15PA++

The reason why i chose 4U2 Dream Girl BB Powder as my top fave of the month 

is simply because of the powder's formulation and price. 

This powder maybe sheer if used by itself but when you use this as a setting powder on top your foundation...oh my gosh it works wonders.

Not only it helps your foundation last longer it also controls oil from your face.

And it has SPF 15 PA++ for sun protection.

I love it, I recommend this product and the price is absolutely affordable and it comes with 3 shades. For only 194.00 php =)

TOP 2 : 4U2 DreamGirl Love Pink Forever Liquid Foundation

What I like about this foundation is that it blends very well with your skin reminds me of L'Oreal True Match Foundation. 4U2 Dream Girl Forever Liquid Foundation can be use as an everyday foundation its not too heavy and not to sheer. I love this foundation and I would probably buy this again for only P194.00 how affrodable is that?  and oh,
The only downside of this product is that, they only have 2 shades =(

Top 3 : OMG nail Colors in SUNNY TAN

I heart this nail color, super love it! it has a soft taupe grayish shade gotta love nude nails =)
The best part is that Oh My Golly by Klik nail polish are toluene & dbp free,
 so it will not damage the nails but i always use a base coat before applying colored polish just to be extra careful.
They are no way comparable to Klik nail polish, with OMG polish all you need is 1 coat and the color payoff is superb!
It's is so affordable you might wanna buy all their nail polish, for only P16!!!

• The packaging is so adorable, it's pink with cupcakes and ice cream. how cute is that? =)
• It comes with a puff applicator and the size makes it handy.
• It has SPF 15 PA++ which is perfect for sun protection.
• It gives you a smooth finish on top of you foundation and very blendable.
• It controls oil on your face and long lasting =p
• 3years before it expires from its manufactured date.
• Affordable Price for a good quality (only 194.00 php), best buy!!!

Con's

• They only have 3 shades =( bummer!!

4U2 dreamGirl Uptown Girl Liquid Eyeliner -194 phh

• The matte finish is absolutely gorgeous =)
• The applicator is a little stiff that gives you total control.
• The formulation is just awesome, the pigmentation is superb with just one swipe and it pays off a jet black line.
• It can last up to 2years before it expires. 
• Does not smudge and it is long lasting.
• It dries quickly.
• Affordable Price too, for only 194.00php =p

 Con's

• It is not as water resistant as they claim it to be.

4U2 dreamGirl Rosy Cheek Color - 94php

•  It is water base =p
• Easy to apply and blendable.
• 3 years before it expires from manufactured date.
• Affordable price of only 94.00 php

•  It has a weird scent to it (that I don't particularly like)

 They even gave me a freebie =) pocket mirror..luv it!

What I like about 4U2 Cosmetics is that they provided us a much affordable line  =)

And they make sure that the quality of their products are as great as the price.

4U2 DreamGirl Love Pink is perfect for those who are on a budget but wanted a quality makeup to add in their collection. Their BB powder is a must have girls so you better grab one on your next makeup haul =p

Quick Review on OMG Nail Colors by Klik

Hello Ladies here's a quick review on these Oh My Golly nail colors. I got these on a local store here in Gapo (Circle J) that has a small beauty bar. I'm not sure if you can buy these nail polish at SM or 

 Watson but I'll ask around if they carry this line.

• Lovely Shades 

CON's

• Limited range of colors
